What is a credit?
Credits are the unit of computation used to generate videos. Different video settings (resolution, duration, audio) consume different amounts of credits. A 480p 4-second video without audio costs 10 credits.
Do I get free credits?
Yes! New users receive 20 free credits upon sign up. These credits are valid for 30 days and can be used to try our video generation service.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits reset monthly while the subscription is active. Annual plans are billed yearly, but still refresh their monthly credit allowance on the same day each month. Free bonus credits expire after 30 days.
How long are my videos stored?
For free users, generated videos are stored for 30 days. Paid subscribers enjoy permanent video storage for all videos generated during their active subscription period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing.
