What is a credit?
Credits are the unit of computation used to generate videos. Different video settings (resolution, duration, audio) consume different amounts of credits. A 480p 4-second video without audio costs 10 credits.
Do I get free credits?
Yes! New users receive 30 free credits upon sign up. These credits are valid for 30 days and can be used to try our video generation service.
Do credits expire?
Weekly plan credits reset weekly while the subscription is active. Monthly plan credits reset monthly. Annual plans are billed yearly, but still refresh their monthly credit allowance on the same day each month. Free bonus credits expire after 30 days.
How long are my videos stored?
For free users, generated videos are stored for 30 days. Paid subscribers enjoy permanent video storage for all videos generated during their active subscription period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions are designed for flexibility, so all monthly payments are final and non-refundable once processed. Yearly subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 100 credits have been used. If approved, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis based on both time and usage. After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. To prevent abuse, we may restrict future purchases or deny refund requests after more than two refunds for the same account or payment method. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process.
