By accessing and using VidRex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily use VidRex for personal or commercial purposes subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy the platform
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use VidRex to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Promotes discrimination or hate speech
• Depicts explicit sexual or violent content

• New User Bonus: New users receive 20 free credits upon sign up, valid for 30 days.
• Subscription Credits: Paid subscribers receive a monthly credit allowance during the active subscription period, including annual plans.
• Credit Expiration: Subscription credits reset to the plan's monthly allowance on each billing reset date. Annual plans are billed yearly, but their credits still refresh monthly.
• Credit Usage: Credits are consumed based on video resolution, duration, and audio settings. Higher quality and longer videos consume more credits.
• No Rollover: Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

• Free Users: Generated videos are stored for 30 days from the creation date. After this period, videos may be permanently deleted.
• Paid Subscribers: All videos generated during your active subscription period are stored permanently and will not expire as long as you maintain an active subscription.
• Download Recommended: We recommend downloading your videos to ensure you have permanent access to your content.
• Storage Limits: We reserve the right to implement storage limits for fair usage purposes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually depending on your plan. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.

You own the content you create using VidRex. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to display your content in our public gallery if you choose to make it public.

VidRex is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall VidRex or its operators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
